WEEKENDS: (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) $140/night incl. first 2 people

MIDWEEK: $120/night incl. first 2 people (may exclude NSW school holidays). 

EXTRAS: $35/additional adult/night; $20/additional child (1-13yrs)/night; $5/additional baby to 12mths/night (BYO cot etc.); $5/dog/night

LONG WEEKENDS & CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR: Minimum charge of $210/night & a minimum stay may apply.

Booking Terms & Conditions

* Minimum 2 night booking applies.

* A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking

* Balance of accommodation payable upon arrival

* A refundable damage/cleaning bond of $100 is payable upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

A full refund less 10% administration fee applies for all cancellations received in writing 21 days prior to arrival.   Refunds for cancellations received within 21 days of arrival are subject to the attainment of a replacement booking.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

The standard times of 2pm arrival and 10am departure apply.   Requests for early arrival and late departure are accommodated at no extra charge wherever possible – just let us know at time of booking.   Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival the day prior to arriving.
